Logging FAQs

Q: Why can I only log my commutes within seven days?
A: We limit the time frame for logging in order to help everyone remember how they traveled to work more accurately.

Q: I never remember to log my commutes! What do I do?
A: You can create a log reminder from your account that will send an email or text message notification to you at designated times. Log in to your account and select “Match Alerts/Log Reminders” under the header “My Profile” to the right of the page. Choose if you’d like to receive a text message or email, the day(s) and time you’d like to receive your reminder. Save this selection by clicking “Save” on the bottom left of the page.

Q: I’d like to log my commutes regularly, but I travel a lot.
A: You can log on our mobile site also from your phone or tablet. Access our mobile site here. You can also log on our app, GAcommuter.

Q: How do I update my password?
A: Click here to be taken to your “Change My Password” page. Remember your password must include a minimum of 1 letter, 1 number and 1 special character.

Q: Do I have to log in using Facebook?
A: Nope! You have the option to login using Facebook and remember one less password; however, you do not have to. You can create a login simply using your email address and a password.

Q: Can I receive any incentives for driving an electric car?
A: We currently do not have an option for logging commutes in your electric vehicle. Although we love the reduced emissions, carpooling in your vehicle helps create a solution to pollution as well as traffic congestion.
