We thank you for your commitment to adopting cleaner commuting habits, contributing to the reduction of congestion and emissions. Your dedication has made a significant impact.
We are thrilled to announce that Georgia Commute Options will soon be transitioning to a new app platform, effective April 15th. In light of this transition, certain redeem options for rewards in the current app will be temporarily disabled, and our GRH service will experience a brief downtime. However, we encourage you to continue your clean commutes and log your trips, as your progress will seamlessly carry over to our new app.
Starting today, April 1st, the redeem options for the $25 prize drawing and $40-$60 Gas Card will be temporarily disabled as we undergo the transition process. Rest assured, once our new platform is up and running, you will still have the opportunity to participate in the $25 Prize Drawing, with the drawing taking place at the end of the month. Additionally, upon the launch of our new app, users interested in our carpool incentive can apply and encourage their carpool partners to do the same, unlocking the opportunity to earn rewards for your carpool as long as each member logs their carpooling commutes.
Please note that the platform will be temporarily offline for maintenance from April 12th to April 15th. Consequently, GRH rides and the Gimme Five redeem option will be unavailable during this period. Nevertheless, for users currently enrolled in the Gimme Five program, we encourage you to continue your clean commutes and log your trips, as your progress will carry over to our new app platform. For those who anticipate completing their program before the April 12th transition, we encourage you to redeem your rewards promptly to ensure you receive your well-deserved incentives.
