New insights from the 2025 Business Trends and Outlook Survey confirm what many employers already know: remote work is not going anywhere in Georgia. In fact, 33.3% of businesses reporting in Georgia shared that employees worked from home at least once in a two-week period, which is slightly outpacing the national average (31.2%).
Here’s what else Georgia employers are saying:
- 29.8% say no factors limit their ability to support remote work
 - Just 3.6% have a formal policy requiring in-person days
 - 70.1% are not tracking whether employees follow in-person attendance policies
 - 74.6% of respondents see no clear productivity difference or are unsure, while only 15.9% reported seeing a clear difference between remote and in-person work.

The takeaway? Flexibility is becoming the norm in Georgia but many organizations are still figuring out how to manage and support it effectively.
