Georgia Commute Options Celebrates TDM Week with Cycling as the Star!

Georgia Commute Options is excited to celebrate TDM Week, a week-long recognition of the sustainability efforts being done across the country through Transportation Demand Management (TDM). This annual event encourages businesses, community organizations, and everyday commuters alike to drive less and use sustainable transportation like transit, carpools, vanpools, biking, walking, and telecommuting to improve the overall quality of life in our communities through sustainable transit practices.  

This year, Georgia Commute Options is celebrating TDM Week with cycling as the star for our 11^th annual Biketober competition!  We invite you to Gear Up and Go to cycle for fun, fitness, and a cleaner environment. The competition begins Oct. 1, and participants who register by Sept. 30 at www.biketober.com will be entered to win a $1,000 Airbnb bike getaway. Register and record rides throughout October for the opportunity to win lots of great prizes, including this year’s grand prize, an Edison Electric Bike.
